When you attend one of my classes, come prepared to listen to your body.
Exercises are performed with slow controlled movements aimed at strengthening weak abdominal muscles along with strengthening core stability and stretching tight muscles. Through Pilates, you will learn to move with complete awareness. The awareness you gain in Pilates classes will follow you off the mat to sitting in your car and sitting at your desk. All of this helps you start to become aware of your posture.
